Family villa with a modern facade
Hinged windows and Somfy-motorised zip screens for a south-facing facade.
The south facade is exposed to the sun most of the day, so we integrated outdoor zip screens with the windows to control heat automatically through a sun sensor.
All screens are connected to the Somfy TaHoma system and can be controlled from the phone or through daily scenes.
