How long does it take to produce and install smart locks?
Execution time is defined per project according to materials, quantities and schedule. Quotations are issued after drawings or a site survey and agreement on specifications, and installation is coordinated with site readiness.
How is payment made?
In three milestones or more in line with the agreed scope of work; the quotation lists every item separately (glass, hardware, installation, warranty).
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty of up to 10 years depending on the agreed system, free maintenance for two years, and a service-request response within 24 hours.
